Shipping Costs

Live fish are shipped via Australia Post Express for a flat rate of $30.

Shipping Locations

We ship Australia-wide; however, due to state regulations, we do not ship live fish to Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Ipswich, QLD.

Shipping Days

Live fish orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, depending on your location.

Pickup Availability

At this stage, we do not offer pickup options.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number from both Australia Post and our website system. Please check your spam or junk folder, as tracking emails may be redirected there.

Postage Information

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Post on Mondays and Tuesdays.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur.

Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or lost, please note that Australia Post investigations can take up to three months. We will work closely with Australia Post to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, no changes can be made. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If shipping to a business address, please ensure you include the business name.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or insufficient details, postage costs will not be refunded. By placing an order, you confirm that all shipping details provided are accurate.
